At Just Crop Top, your confidence and comfort are our highest priorities. We are devoted to delivering absolute perfection, but we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the flawless fit you expected.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.

Our Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

Because our crop tops are crafted from a delicate, premium blend of organic bamboo and cotton, we ask that all returned items meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original, pristine condition, free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear.

  • Tags Attached: All original Just Crop Top tags must still be securely attached.

  • Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected in transit.

Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ve made our process as effortless as our crop tops. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Reach Out: Send an email to info@justcroptop.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  2. Get Your Label: Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Securely pack your items and drop them off at the designated carrier. All returns are processed efficiently through our Los Angeles warehouse.

Exchanges

Want a different color or need a size adjustment for that perfect fit? We offer seamless exchanges. Once you initiate an exchange through info@justcroptop.com, we will secure your new item in our inventory and ship it out as soon as your return is in transit.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return arrives at our Los Angeles facility, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the item and process your request.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
