All of our products are proudly manufactured in Türkiye and dispatched directly to you from our Los Angeles warehouse.

Order Processing Time

Every piece is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our hands.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive another notification email containing your tracking information the moment your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide because flawless comfort knows no borders.

International Standard (7-14 business days): Calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Express (3-5 business days): Calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Just Crop Top is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active within the carrier’s system. If you created an account with us, you can also view your order status by logging in and checking your "Order History".

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we partner with the most reliable carriers, sometimes unexpected delays happen. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, or if your tracking shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at info@justcroptop.com within 7 days. Our support team will immediately investigate the issue and ensure your premium crop top finds its way to you.
